Light Leaks

I love light leaks.  If you don't know what they are, then look it up! Basically, it refers to light leaking into the camera onto the film, which causes the film to over expose.  Usually, you see a yellow, orange, red or even blue streak or flare across a photo.  It could be really extreme or very subtle, you won't know until the film is developed. I really love the effect it gives off on a photo, even if it's a boring still life.  There's different techniques to get a certain look, but most of it is spontaneous.  It's a great way to experiment with photography.  I've never done it personally, but I plan on using film cameras in the future.  Here are some cool examples!

I kind of went overboard with the pictures on this post, but I just couldn't help myself.  Even the simplest of pictures are made interesting just from the light leaks.  Hope everyone had a good day. Bye! :D
